Broadcast accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). After you sign up, your credit card will be billed the amount stated with your monthly plan.
Nope! We don't have you sign a contract of any sort. If you'd like to cancel your plan you can do so at any time. Unfortunately we can't refund messages already paid for.
Broadcast gives you multiple options for paying for messages. You can add funds to your account at anytime through a credit card. We encourage you to keep your account balance positive and setup automatic recharging, as your account will be charged $.01 each time someone texts one of your keywords, and again each time a keyword responds to a message. You can pay for campaigns with a credit card, or have your account deducted automatically from your balance.
Don't panic! We'll still keep receiving your keyword messages and sending auto-responders and scheduled campaigns. Simply log in, pay the balance you owe, and everything will be set to normal.
At this time we do not offer any methods of payment besides credit cards.
