We’ve made a couple of big changes this year to help you build your opt-in phone lists with our new form builders.  We’ve turned our attention back to the original subscribe form that you can place on as many sites as you’d like. You may also style the HTML to your liking.

Here’s a great way to grow your audience. We’re happy to announce that we’ve overhauled the “Add a subscribe form” section of your account, to make it easier to create a form, get the code, present your form of double opt-in to the subscriber, and, you can enjoy the results with our auto-responder reply message.

Here’s how to it works:

Login and click on the ‘Subscribers and Lists’ option in the top navigation. Create a ‘New List’ or manage lists you’ve already created. You’ll see a new category on the right called “Signup Form.”

Click on Generate Code

Select The Type of information you’d like to collect

Add your double opt-in responder text.
Copy the code generated here to your website widget sidebar etc.

Next add a new Keyword ‘Y’ with the following information

It is important to note that when a user initially signs up by any means other than from a mobile handset, a double opt-in process is required. A compliant message flow should look like the example below:

Your Message: Text Y or Yes to join {Campaign Name} {Description} Alerts. Msg&data rates may apply. {Message frequency} Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
